Transition Coaching

Transitions often involve a major personal or professional change, movement or passage. This can include a change in family status, relocation, career shift, retirement or starting a new business.  Transitions can bring: Uncertainty about the future (anxiety), apprehension about starting something new (worry), fear of the unknown  and lack of clarity about where and how to begin the next phase of life. Through my coaching you will be more confident with your decisions knowing that all viable options have been considered.

I use a specific methodology to support and guide you to successfully transition from a significant chapter in your life. I will help you manage your anxiety of the unknown and shift your energy away from worry and toward planning and preparation.
